My symptoms include tingling sensation around the nasal area of the face?
My symptoms include tingling sensation around the nasal area of the face, watery, swollen itchy eyes, itchy sensation on the tongue. I know I have allergies and I believe them to be contributed from my Husky that sheds twice a year. I also have Rosacea which I believe is flaring up because of the allergies. I take Zyrtec year round and again twice a year the Zyrtec does not seem to help. I am curious if I can use another allergy medicine with my Zyrtec to help alleviate the symptoms? Can you recommend something for me?
The best person to really ask is your pharmacist or Dr. Sometimes different antihistamines can work better for individuals, so it may be worth trying a different one (but what may work for me well might not work as well for you-essentially they all do the same job with the newer ones being non-sedating-so get an opinion from your pharmacist).
