Keep the blood in perfect consistency.
Act on food for good digestion.
Stabilize blood sugar.
Lower cholesterol to an enormous level.
I doubt it does all of that. For one thing, vinegar is acidic. I doubt you would want to drink enough of it to have any effect on the acidity in your body.
