What is the best or fastest way to stop ringing in your ears? Stopping the loud music effect?
I was at the rock show this weekend. Loved the bands it was a great show. Being close was awsome, but it left another lasting effect on me that I don’t want. So any one know how to stop the loud music effect? My ears keep ringing.
What you’re hearing is the difference between the sound level then and the sound level now. The receptors in the inner ear canal are still attuned to the onslaught they took at the concert. There is no “quick” remedy, as it takes time to compensate. Next time, buy a couple of the earplugs you can get in a decent music store that will cut the sound by at least 10dB. You’ll still be able to hear the music fine, you just won’t get blasted and have ringing in your ears.
