HELP! Anxiety/Depression/natural cures?
Hi and thanks in advance for replying. I am 27 F and have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I am very very sensitive to medicine and the antidepressants make me feel wierd.
I want to know if there are TRULY natural remedies for anxiety and depression.
