What could be wrong with me? Problems involving throat and ears PLEASE HELP?
Im 17 and for the past year my throat has this really tight feeling like its closing up. When I lay down, it sometimes is worse. In my ears, sometimes theres a heartbeat in them. Then today, I saw i had a pimple on my chin and when i touched it, the back of my throat hurts! Please help me what would this be? And I don’t have a cough or anything
