Do you suffer from tinnitus? Know of any support groups for this?
Hello, I’m suffering really badly from Glue ear and repeated ear infections and The Tinnitus from this is driving me up the wall! Does any one who suffers from this condition know of any support groups i could contact through the internet as im really beginning to feel depressed about it.
I’m 37 and i’ve been suffering from repeating ear infections (otitis media?) for over 6 years now. I have grommetts inserted into the ear drum that helps reduce the tinnitus to a bearable level but lately have another infection and i think the grommett is trapped behind the eardrum so i guess i’ll need a simple operation to remove it when i see my ent specialist soon; And yes grommetts really do help it takes a few months for all the fluid in the ears to dry up but with it there is a good reduction in the tinnitus noises.
